here are our top tips to becoming the perfect undercover diner:

• blend in. we recommend you don’t wear your fluorescent pink jump suit.
• don’t tell the staff that you’re undercover. try not to shout out, “don’t you know who i am?! that’s going into my report!”
• do a bathroom check. clean bathrooms are very important.
• make sure you have a good memory. scribbling down notes whilst you are eating is a big giveaway. It’s also not fun for your dining companion.
